Acidification unit

A piece of equipment for fast, efficient acidification that respects the wine

Our acidification unit consists of ion-exchange resins. These resins exchange the cations in wine (such as K+ and Mg2+) with H+ ions, causing acidity to rise and thus pH to fall.

Closed-circuit operation on the vat:

Supplied: a kit for testing and tasting several levels of acidification, to determine with peace of mind the desired final acidity

3 acidification units for processing 15 to 360 hl/h.

Optional:

a unit to neutralise the pH of the regeneration effluent.
