Deploying our people, tools and know-how for the final stage of preparing wines for bottling

This service is about more than filtration. We prepare your wines to meet the requirements (turbidity, CO2 concentration, SO2 inspection) of bottling, before your wine reaches the end consumer.

A service managed by our wine technicians, who are trained in oenological awareness:

fine dosing of coating quantity and quality, to achieve the brilliance and clarity required for this final stage of preparing wines for bottling
equipment sizing tailored to your volumes
efficiency validated by continuous, plotted inspections during the service (documents can be supplied at end of job)

Possible to adjust CO2 and SO2 concentration in the wine

Equipment developed to:

adapt to all wines: white, rosé, red or sweet
adapt to all turbidity levels
adapt to the volume of wine being filtered: 2 hl upwards
promote hygiene control
