THE PAETZOLD FILTER PRESS IS DESIGNED FOR HIGH-QUALITY OENOLOGICAL APPLICATION:

• Dissolved oxygen is managed by: a software program, flow rate, and nitrogen injection points that are operated by an automatic controller, which minimises the introduction of dissolved oxygen.
• Low surface flow rate, facilitating particle settling and allowing the use of looser earths, thus promoting oenological respect for the filtered products.
• Shear stresses are minimised thanks to adapted pumps, which considerably limit the number of agitations (tangential flow filter: up to 30 litres of wine agitated per 1 litre of wine filtered; bell filter, 5-20/1; Paetzold filter press, 2 (max)/1).
• Quantities of alluvium are optimised by using adapted pumps.
• A method and tools that promote drying of press cakes, thus minimising wine loss.
• Cloths that promote hygiene thanks to a specific surface treatment, minimising incrustation phenomena.
