We want to be more than just your contractor. We want to become your partner. Through its oenological approach to bottling, our service fully preserves your wine’s organoleptic qualities, to ensure optimal ageing.

Custom oenotechnical service before, during and after bottling:

drawing up, modelling and sign-off of oenotechnical parameters of bottling
support during the service
systematic debriefing after each job

Control over dissolved oxygen, with average input of under 0.5 mg/l (wine + headspace), a key bottling parameter guaranteed by:

our wine technicians’ know-how
our Paetzold operating procedures
technical adjustment of the various bottling stations
precision inspection tools
an oenotechnically designed service
internal and external audits.

Service managed by production-unit managers highly experienced in bottling activities and steeped in our oenological culture:

management of dry-matter parameters: cork humidity, extraction force, batch logging
management of wine parameters: temperature, turbidity, O₂ concentration
management of bottling parameters: internal stopping pressure, stopper insertion, volume content labelling, cartridge clogging
management of cleaning parameters: logging of chemical and heat cleaning cycles, absence of chemical residue inspection
delivery of a copy of all monitoring documents at end of job.

Cartridge filtration depending on pre-job modelling.

Batch marking with laser coder delivers horizontal or vertical engraving (2 lines, max. 14 characters /line).

Possible formats: from 37.5 to magnum
Stoppering with screw cap (including Stelvin Lux) possible
