Treatment plant management

Management of your treatment plant by a specialist winemaking effluent contractor.

To ensure that your treatment plant operates properly all year round, our winery treatment plant operation service is provided by our Environment Department, which comprises dedicated staff trained in environmental activities and using specific procedures.

We provide custom support with a real service culture (responsive,
skilled, well organised) to operate your treatment plant, letting you focus fully on winemaking.

Our treatment plant management service covers:

Checking that the plant’s equipment items are operating correctly, with our technicians visiting the plant regularly
Remote monitoring via tele-management (alarm transferred if a circuit breaker trips)
Optimisation of plant operation, based on your activity, but adjusting the various plant parameters (aeration time, pumping)
A guarantee that effluent is properly purified, by performance of inspection analyses
Performance of preventive and curative maintenance on your plant’s component devices
Production of an annual report for the attention of the water regulator

The Paetzold operation contract ensures that your treatment plant runs efficiently and reliably, all year round.
