Large formats are a showcase for estates, yet their bottling is often compromised because unsuitable tools are used. Our large-format bottling service, a package of technical and human excellence, finally gives your most precious bottles the treatment they deserve.

WITH A SPECIFIC UNIT DEVELOPED AND MANUFACTURED IN OUR WORKSHOP, FOR BOTTLING LARGE FORMATS UP TO 27 LITRES:

Bottle rinsing is possible, irrespective of format
1 stoppering unit “programmed” to limit uptake of dissolved oxygen to 0.15 mg/l
=> complete control of oxygen: average oxygen input of 0.3 mg/l (wine + headspace).
10 to 15 times less than bottling with a “gun”, and 5 to 7 times less than traditional bottling units
8 separate drawing taps allow management of gas/vacuum/gas cycles according to each format, for uptake of 0.15 mg/l dissolved oxygen
Two-stage cartridge filtration micropallet prior to bottling, limiting dead volumes
Laser marking on all formats
