In response to our customers, we have developed a new bottling concept: INSIDE. A bottling unit that integrates completely into your winery and becomes an extension of your estate.

Indoor bottling

A unit that integrates perfectly into your work process:

mobile and radio-controlled, for entry into your winery
floor-standing for an easy working level
quieter than truck bottling
no need for a forklift truck
reduces the risk of breakage (depalletising with pneumatic pincers)

A bottling service offering the ultimate in wine preservation:

no external pollution
no temperature variation
reduced pumping constraints (agitation of wine, shear stresses, oxygen uptake) thanks to a rotary lobe pump positioned in the bottom on the vat
complete control of O2: average oxygen input of 0.5mg/l (wine + headspace).

Service managed by our wine technicians, who are steeped in our oenotechnical culture:

batch management
SO2 concentration management
management of dry-matter parameters: cork humidity, extraction force, batch logging
management of wine parameters: temperature, turbidity, O2 concentration
management of bottling parameters: internal stopping pressure, stopper insertion, volume content labelling, cartridge clogging
management of cleaning parameters: logging of chemical and heat cleaning cycles, absence of chemical residue inspection
delivery of a copy of all monitoring documents at end of job.
