Our volatile acidity reduction unit combines two items that work continuously: an osmosis unit and a volatile kit

Our volatile acidity reduction unit combines two items that work continuously:

an osmosis unit producing a permeate that contains ethylphenols and is free of the wine’s noble and aromatic molecules
a volatile compound kit comprising ion-exchanging resins which fix the acetic acid contained in the permeate. The treated permeate is then reincorporated in the wine.
