Since day one, we have thought that people, not oenotechnical tools, should dictate our work. A far cry from machine-led oenotechniques, Michael Paetzold gathers around its business areas and its vision a great human wealth in the diversity of its profiles. R&D and our oenotechnical service provision enlist the skills of our oenologists, engineers, project managers and wine technicians. The manufacturing workshop blends the know-how of our electricians, welders, fabricators, process automation specialists, and mechanics. Management are surrounded by support functions (human resources, quality, communications, accounts…).
Besides their relevant degrees and professional qualifications, each staff member benefits from our internal school. We are the only company in the sector with such a facility. It allows us to continually attune and train our people in oenological awareness, and in the oenotechnical knowledge and skills developed by Michael Paetzold over the past 25 years. This transmission of theoretical and practical knowledge, without losing any content or value, guarantees over time the quality of our services and equipment.
This ingrained culture is enriched locally by in-depth expertise of each wine-producing region where our agencies are based.
