Optimal dosing of CO2 concentration in wine

CO2 is an essential factor in the gustatory balance of a wine. Our Carbonation/Decarbonation service allows you to adjust CO2 concentration.

Carbonation / decarbonation

We use Carbofresh, a compact device (L: 30cm, H: 15 cm, D: 10 cm) that is easy to integrate:

before the pump, when transferring wine
before the bottle filler, during bottling

Carbonation possible up to 6 g/l per pass

Exact, reproducible and proportional dosing of gas (suited to the wine flow rate)
